Payment of Orders
After orders have been placed, they can be paid in your Promio account.
Once the payment has been completed, the order will be forwarded to our production process.
In your account, you can find unpaid orders under the menu option "Unpaid Orders".
Payment Methods
Payments can be completed in two ways:

Shipping costs are charged for every order. These are separate from the amount your customer pays to you.
Even if your customer reimburses you for shipping, you still pay shipping costs to us.
These costs cover the packaging and delivery of the product to your end customer.

If you want your orders to be processed automatically, it is important to have sufficient credits in your account.
Credits are the system we use to automatically process your orders.

Billing and Shipping Details
It is important that both the billing details and the shipping details are entered correctly and completely.
When these details are accurate, we can contact you more quickly and easily if there is an issue with the order.
In addition, this helps us to easily locate orders in our system, for example in case of questions, changes, or investigations with the carrier.

Paying Afterwards Is Not Possible
It is not possible to pay after delivery with us. This means that we will only start processing your order once the payment has been completed in full.

How Do I Top Up My Promio Account?
It is possible to purchase credits in your Promio account. These credits will be placed in your wallet and can be used to pay for orders.
Additionally, when an order is placed, you can choose to have these credits automatically deducted from your wallet so that the order is paid immediately with Promio.

We are a Dutch company, which means Dutch VAT rules apply to all orders placed with us.
Why do you pay VAT?
VAT is charged on all our products. This is a statutory tax that we are required to pay to the Dutch tax authorities. VAT is therefore always included in the total price or listed separately on the invoice.
For private customers, nothing changes: the price you see includes VAT.
