How Do I Top Up My Promio Account?

It is possible to purchase credits in your Promio account. These credits will be placed in your wallet and can be used to pay for orders.

Additionally, when an order is placed, you can choose to have these credits automatically deducted from your wallet so that the order is paid immediately with Promio.

Topping Up Credits

Under the menu option "Orders", you will find the option to top up your wallet. Your wallet balance can be increased with any desired amount.

To do this, enter the desired amount and click "Buy credit".

Automatic Credit Deduction

You can also choose to automatically deduct credits from your wallet when an order is placed. This ensures that the payment is completed automatically and the order is immediately forwarded to our production process.

Under the menu option "Orders", you can enable this functionality by approving automatic deduction.

Important

Note: If an order has already been placed before credits were added, it must still be processed manually. These orders will not be handled automatically.

Orders that are placed when there are already credits available in the account will be processed automatically.
