My Balance/Credits Are Depleted

My balance (credits) is empty, what now?

If you want your orders to be processed automatically, it is important to have sufficient credits in your account.

Credits are the system we use to automatically process your orders.

Why Monitoring Your Balance Is Important

Automatic processing stops when credits are insufficient

As soon as your balance is lower than the value of a newly placed order, new orders will no longer be processed automatically. This may result in delays or longer waiting times for customers.

You are responsible for your balance

It is important to regularly check how many credits you have left. This helps prevent your automatic processing from stopping unexpectedly.

What Can You Do If Your Balance Is Empty?

Top up your credits

Log in to your account and add new credits. Once your balance has been topped up, automatic order processing can resume.

Check your pending orders

It is useful to check if there are any orders in the queue that were not processed due to insufficient balance. These will not be updated automatically and must be paid manually using credits.

Plan your balance regularly

Keep track of how many orders you typically have per week and make sure you always have enough credits in your account. This ensures that all your orders continue to be processed smoothly.
