Billing and Shipping Details
It is important that both the billing details and the shipping details are entered correctly and completely.
When these details are accurate, we can contact you more quickly and easily if there is an issue with the order.
In addition, this helps us to easily locate orders in our system, for example in case of questions, changes, or investigations with the carrier.
Correctly entered details therefore ensure faster processing and prevent unnecessary delays or misunderstandings.

After placing an order, you can enter the customer's shipping details. Make sure these details are complete and correct to avoid delays in delivery.
If you enter the customer’s email address in the shipping details, the customer will automatically receive a track & trace notification to follow the order.
If you do not enter the customer’s email address, the track & trace information will be sent to you instead.

When placing an order for yourself, you can check the box "same as shipping address". In that case, the billing and shipping details will automatically be set the same.
If the order needs to be shipped directly to a customer, it is important not to check this box.
This allows you to enter different billing and shipping details, ensuring the order is delivered to the correct address.
