Payment of Orders

After orders have been placed, they can be paid in your Promio account.

Once the payment has been completed, the order will be forwarded to our production process.

In your account, you can find unpaid orders under the menu option "Unpaid Orders".

Payment Methods

Payments can be completed in two ways:

• Credit/Debit card
• Credits from your wallet

1. Credit/Debit Card

If you choose the Credit/Debit card option, the following payment methods are available. After making your selection, you will be redirected to our payment provider Mollie to complete the payment.

2. Credits from Your Wallet

It is also possible to purchase credits. These credits will be placed in your wallet and can be used to pay for orders.

Additionally, when placing an order, you can choose to have credits automatically deducted from your wallet. This ensures that the order is paid immediately with Promio.

Topping Up Credits

Under the menu option "Orders", you will find the option to top up your wallet. Your wallet balance can be increased with any desired amount.

To do this, enter the desired amount and click "Buy credit".

Automatic Credit Deduction

You can also choose to automatically deduct credits from your wallet when an order is placed.

This ensures that the payment is completed automatically and the order is immediately forwarded to our production process.

Under the menu option "Orders", you can enable this functionality by approving automatic deduction.
