Changes and cancellations
Until when can changes or cancellations be made?
Changes or cancellations are possible up to a certain point in the order and production process. This moment varies depending on the type of modification and the status of the order.
A size can only be changed as long as the product has not yet been ordered. Orders are finalized daily on working days at 11:00 AM.

Order Statuses
To give you clear insight into the progress of your order, we use different order statuses.
Below, each status is explained within the production process.
Created
The order has been received but not yet paid. The order will only be processed once the payment has been received.
Paid
The payment has been received and your order is now being processed. The order will beFew readersProduct out of stock
Product Out of Stock
Product not in stock, what now?
It may happen that a product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock at the supplier.
When this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable alternative together. You will be informed by email so that there is always clear communication before any next steps are taken.
When searching for an alternative, we first check whether the same item is available in the same color but in a larger or smaller size.

Pickup
“Shipped” also means ready for pickup
When the status of your order shows “Shipped”, it means that the item is ready for pickup.
In this case, you will not receive tracking information, as the package is not shipped by post. Instead, it will be ready for you at our location.
Pickup is available on business days between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM at the following address:
Zinkstraat 1, 4823 AD Breda.
