Order Statuses

Order Statuses


To give you clear insight into the progress of your order, we use different order statuses.

Below, each status is explained within the production process.



Created

The order has been received but not yet paid. The order will only be processed once the payment has been received.



Paid

The payment has been received and your order is now being processed. The order will be scheduled for production.



Stock Allocation

This is the longest stage. The item has been purchased and, once it arrives, it will be sorted and prepared for production.



Printing

Your order is currently in production. The product is almost ready and will soon be prepared for shipment.



Quality Control

The products have been printed and are ready for quality inspection.

After successfully passing this check, the products will be packed and shipped.



Internal Order Query

An issue has been identified with your order, such as missing information (e.g. a house number) or a problem with the design.

Our customer service team will contact you to verify and resolve the issue.



Shipped (Paid or Unpaid)

The order has been shipped. You will receive a Track & Trace email from the courier, allowing you to track your shipment and receive it shortly.

If you have chosen to pick up your order, the status will also be set to Shipped. In this case, you will not receive tracking information, but you will know that your order is ready for collection.

Pickup is available on business days between 09:00 and 17:00.

We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
