Changes and cancellations
Until when can changes or cancellations be made?
Changes or cancellations are possible up to a certain point in the order and production process. This moment varies depending on the type of modification and the status of the order.
A size can only be changed as long as the product has not yet been ordered. Orders are finalized daily on working days at 11:00 AM.
Once this time has passed and the order has been processed, it is no longer possible to change the size or cancel the order. To cancel an order, an email must always be sent to info@promio.nl.

In some cases, it is still possible to adjust a print after the order has been placed. If the DTG printing technique has been selected, the print can be modified until the moment the product is actually printed. Up to that point, the design can still be changed.
If the DTF printing technique has been chosen, the print can be adjusted as long as it has not yet been printed. Please note that changes to the design may affect the delivery time. In such cases, the print must be recreated, which may result in an extension of the processing time by one to two working days.
Once the printing process has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
It is therefore important to make any modifications as soon as possible and to take the mentioned deadlines and conditions into account.
