Connecting a WooCommerce Store

With our WooCommerce plug-in, you can easily integrate your webshop with our fulfillment system. Orders that are placed will be automatically forwarded to Promio.

To use this integration, you need to have a registered Promio account. Don’t have one yet? You can create one here.

Once you are logged in, click on your account name in the top right corner and select “Integrations” from the menu:

In the integrations menu, you will find the option to connect a WooCommerce store. Click on the arrow next to WooCommerce and choose “Connect store”.

Enter the main URL of your webshop and select “Connect store”.

You will now be redirected to your webshop’s WooCommerce environment. Log in here using your WooCommerce credentials:

After logging in, you will be asked to approve the connection with the Promio app. In the window shown, click “Approve”.

Once the connection with your webshop has been successfully established, you will be redirected back to the Promio website:

You will also see a connection icon on the “Integrations” page, indicating that the WooCommerce connection is active.
