Connecting a Shopify store

The integration between Shopify and Promio as a print-on-demand fulfillment provider is a powerful combination that enables e-commerce entrepreneurs to turn creative ideas into high-quality products and deliver them seamlessly to customers worldwide. Below is an overview of how this integration works and the benefits it offers:


With our Shopify app, you can easily integrate your webshop with our fulfillment system. Orders that are placed will be automatically forwarded to Promio.

To use this integration, you need to have a registered Promio account.


Once you are logged in, click on your account name in the top right corner and select “Integrations” from the menu:



In the integrations menu, you will find the option to connect a Shopify store. Click on the arrow next to Shopify and choose “Connect store”.



You will now be redirected to the Promio – Print on Demand app on Shopify. Click on “Add app”:



Enter the URL of your Shopify store and log in when prompted:



You will then be asked to grant permission for the Promio – Print on Demand app to perform the necessary actions between your store and the platform. Click “View details” to see which parts of your store the app can access.



Next, you will be redirected to your Promio account. On the following page, click “Link account”:



After linking your account, you will be redirected to the Promio – Print on Demand app, where you can manage all necessary actions.



You will also see a connection icon on the “Integrations” page, indicating that the Shopify connection is active.
