Everything is handled in our own print facility in the Netherlands, ensuring both high quality and fast delivery.

Our print-on-demand service
From our print facility in Breda, we offer a wide range of products that you can sell via Print-on-Demand, including:

• Clothing: T-shirts, hoodies, caps
• Mugs, bags, and more

All products are printed in-house and shipped via DHL or Spring. Thanks to our integrations, orders are processed automatically, so you don’t have to worry about inventory or fulfillment.

Free registration and no monthly fees

The best part is: you can sign up with Promio completely free of charge.

• No monthly fees
• No percentage of your sales needs to be paid to us
• Product prices are clearly displayed, including one-sided printing for clothing
• Want printing on both sides? You’ll immediately see the price for that
• For items with single-sided printing, such as mugs and caps, the price always includes printing
• You can choose whether to view prices including or excluding VAT

About VAT

You always pay VAT when ordering with us. If you have a Chamber of Commerce (KvK) registration, you can reclaim this VAT through the Dutch Tax Authority.
For small businesses, the Small Business Scheme (KOR) may apply, meaning you do not have to charge VAT to your customers as long as you stay below the threshold (you still pay VAT to us). For more information, you can visit the website of the Dutch Tax Authority.

Test first with a sample

To make sure your brand looks exactly how you want it to, we recommend placing a sample order first.

• You will automatically receive a discount code after signing up
• The discount code can be used once per webshop
• This allows you to test the products and print quality, and for example use the items for a photoshoot
