I Need My Order by a Specific Date


Do you need your order by a specific date, for example for an event, birthday, or company presentation? We're happy to help you explore the available options.
As our standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days, it is important to contact our customer service team before placing your order.
This allows us to determine whether your requested delivery date is achievable and which shipping or collection option would be most suitable.


Why Contact Us in Advance?

  • We can assess whether your desired delivery date is realistic.
  • Faster shipping options may be available (additional charges may apply).
  • You can also choose to collect your order from our location. This is often the most reliable option if you need your products by a guaranteed date, as we cannot offer a 100% guarantee on next-day delivery through shipping carriers.
  • We want to avoid disappointment. By discussing your requirements in advance, you'll know exactly what is possible.


Please Note

  • Orders are only processed once payment has been received.
  • If you place an urgent order without contacting us beforehand, we cannot guarantee delivery by your preferred date.
  • Shipping carriers may experience delays that are beyond our control.
  • Order notes are often only reviewed during the production or shipping stage. For this reason, we recommend contacting us in advance to discuss your deadline rather than mentioning it in the order notes
