Sublimation

Sublimation Printing

Sublimation is a high-quality printing technique where a design is permanently infused into the coating of a product using heat.

Unlike regular printing methods, the ink does not sit on top of the surface but becomes part of the material itself.

Key Advantages

  • Extremely durable → The print is scratch-resistant and does not wear off because the ink is embedded into the product
  • Sharp full-color results → Ideal for photos, colorful logos, and fine details
  • Seamless finish → No texture or layers; the surface remains smooth and glossy
  • Dishwasher-safe → Your design stays vibrant even after many washes

⚠️ Note: Enamel mugs are not suitable for the dishwasher or microwave.

How Does It Work?

Your design is first printed onto special transfer paper and then applied to the product using a heat press.

The heat allows the ink to penetrate deeply into the coating of the product.

The result? A permanent, sharp, and vibrant print that lasts for years.

In Short

Sublimation is the perfect choice for personal gifts and professional corporate merchandise that need to stay beautiful over time.
