What is the shipping time?

When you place an order, you want to know when to expect it.

Below, we explain how our processing time and shipping time are structured, so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing Time

Before an order is shipped, we first need time to process and produce it. Since all our items are custom-made or personalized, our processing time is 3 to 5 business days.

If a neck label is added to the clothing, the processing time will be extended by 1 to 2 additional business days.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped immediately.

Delivery Time within the Netherlands

Within the Netherlands, parcels are shipped via DHL. Once the order leaves our warehouse, the average delivery time is 1 business day. In most cases, you will receive your order the next day.

Delivery Time to Belgium

For orders to Belgium, there are different shipping options:

• Standard shipping (Spring): average delivery time of 2 to 5 business days
• Faster option – BE Courier (DHL): average delivery time of 1 to 2 business days

This allows you to choose the shipping method that best suits your needs.

Delivery Time within Europe

For orders within Europe, we ship via Spring as standard. The average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days.

Please note that this may vary depending on the country and local delivery services.

Delivery Time outside Europe

For shipments outside Europe, delivery time depends heavily on the destination and local postal services.

On average, delivery takes 5 to 12 business days, but this is only an estimate.

In some cases, delivery may be faster, but it can also take longer due to customs clearance or local delivery processes.

Important to know

• Shipping time starts after the processing time (3–5 business days) has been completed.
• During busy periods (such as holidays), delivery times may be slightly longer.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a Track & Trace code so you can follow your package.
