Shipping Methods


At Promio, you can choose from different shipping methods depending on the destination country and your preference. Below is an overview of the options we offer:


  • NL Courier – Shipping via DHL, available only for delivery addresses in the Netherlands.
  • BE Courier – Shipping via DHL, available only for delivery addresses in Belgium.
  • Europe Tracked – Shipping via Spring, for destinations within Europe.
  • Canada Tracked – Shipping via Spring, for destinations in Canada.
  • USA Tracked – Shipping via Spring, for destinations in the United States.
  • Rest of the World Tracked – Shipping via Spring, for destinations outside Europe.
  • Pickup – Your order can be collected at our location in Breda. This is available on business days, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00.

Due to safety reasons and limited transport options, we are currently unable to deliver to areas affected by war or severe unrest.

What are the shipping costs?

Our shipping costs are based on the weight, shipping method, and delivery address of the order. An overview of the shipping costs can be found here.



How do I choose a shipping method via the automatic integration?

If you are using one of our integrations, it is possible to work with keywords in your shipping methods.

This ensures that the selected shipping method in your shop is automatically linked to the correct Promio shipping method.



Can I track my package?

If you have selected a Tracked or Courier shipping method, you can track your order using the Track & Trace code you receive.

If you have questions about the delivery status, it is best to contact the carrier directly.

If you have selected Pickup, you will not receive tracking information. The order will be ready for collection instead.

Pickup is available on business days, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 17:00. We are closed on official public holidays.



Can I enter a different shipping address?

It is possible to provide a different shipping address when placing your order.

The billing address is only used for the invoice and will not be sent to your customers.

Once the order has been shipped, the address can no longer be changed.



Please note: Since we use DHL for shipping within the Netherlands, delivery to a P.O. box address is not possible.
