Returns
Can I return my order?
Because our products are made specifically for you, it is unfortunately not possible to return orders. Each item is produced on demand and customized with your chosen design, color, and size.
This makes every product unique and therefore not suitable for resale. For this reason, we cannot accept returns as is common with standard (non-personalized) products.
What Is Possible? Storing Returns in Your Stock
We understand that customers may still want to return a product, for example if the size is incorrect or if the item does not meet their expectations.
To support you, we offer the option to store returned items in your stock with us. This works as follows:
1. Customer Requests a Return
You remain the point of contact for your customer. The customer always reports the return request directly to you.
2. Return Shipment to Our Address
We will provide you by email with the address where the customer can send the return, addressed under your webshop name.
Once we receive the return, we will add it to your stock and notify you by email once it has been processed.
3. You Manage Your Own Inventory
We do not actively manage your inventory. It is therefore important that you keep your own record of which items are stored with us, including details such as size, color, and design.
4. Reusing Returned Items
If the same product (same size, color, and design) is ordered again, you can notify us within 24 hours by email or phone that the item is already in your stock.
We will then pick the product from your stored inventory and ship it directly to your customer.
5. Shipping Costs
In this case, you only pay for the shipping costs of the new order.
This allows you to reuse returned products efficiently and minimize losses.
Why This Approach?
Because each product is personalized, returned items are often difficult to resell.
With this solution, we help you make use of returned products without having to manage or store them yourself. This saves you time and allows you to reuse returned items for future orders.
