Custom Order Packaging

When you place an order with us, we always ensure that your products are packed neatly and securely. In most cases, we use standard plain shipping bags. These bags are durable and ideal for clothing items such as T-shirts or smaller products.

If an order does not fit in a shipping bag, we switch to a cardboard box. This way, you can always be sure that your order arrives safely and undamaged at your customer’s address.

Option to Use Your Own Packaging

Would you like to give your orders a more personal touch? You can supply your own packaging materials, such as branded or customized shipping bags or boxes.

Once we receive your packaging, we will use it for packing and shipping your orders.

It is important to take different sizes into account. For example:

• A single T-shirt usually fits in a smaller letterbox package
• Multiple hoodies require a larger shipping bag or box

Make sure to supply packaging in multiple sizes, tailored to the products you offer.

Recommended Dimensions

If you want to produce or order your own shipping bags, we recommend using at least the following dimensions to ensure compatibility with our fulfillment process:

Letterbox Package (e.g. 1 T-shirt)

Minimum size: 240 × 350 + 50 mm

This size ensures the package fits through the letterbox while still providing enough space to pack the product neatly.

Parcel (e.g. one or more hoodies)

Minimum size: 360 × 500 + 50 mm

This size is ideal for larger or multiple items where a letterbox package is not sufficient.

⚠️ Important:

If you want to ship packaging materials directly to us, please send us the tracking information by email. This allows us to monitor the shipment and link it to the correct webshop once it arrives.

You can also drop off packaging at our location during opening hours at the front desk.

Why Use Custom Packaging?

Using your own packaging has several advantages:

• Strengthens your brand experience
• Makes your shipment instantly recognizable
• Creates a positive first impression
• Can increase the chance of repeat purchases
• Helps you stand out from other webshops

Thank You Cards and Flyers

In addition to custom packaging and packing slips, you can also provide thank-you cards or flyers, which we will include in your shipments.

Maximum sizes:

• For clothing → A5 (148 × 210 mm)
• For mugs → Business card size (85 × 55 mm)

We do not print these cards ourselves. You can have them printed externally and send them to us.

Once we receive them, we will activate the option in your account. From that point on, they will be automatically added to new orders.

• Including one card or flyer is free of charge
• Adding multiple inserts is possible upon request; handling fees may apply

⚠️ Important:

If you send packaging or inserts directly to us, please share the tracking details by email so we can monitor and correctly assign the shipment. You can also deliver them in person during opening hours.

What We Do Not Offer

At Promio, we focus on efficient production and fulfillment of personalized products. To keep this process fast and cost-effective, there are a few services we do not provide:

• No hangtags → We do not attach hangtags to products
• No individual packaging per item → Products are packed together in one bag (we do not pack items separately in individual bags or foil)

By not offering these services, we are able to keep production and delivery fast, efficient, and without additional costs.
