Adding a Packing Slip

After completing the steps in “Creating a Brand,” you can now add a personalized packing slip.

You can do this by clicking on “Packing Slip.” Here, you can customize the packing slip to match your brand.

Product Names on the Packing Slip: How Does It Work?

The product names shown on the packing slip depend on how the order is placed.

Orders via a Connected Webshop

When an order is automatically received through your connected webshop, we use the product names exactly as you have created them in your webshop.

This means the packing slip will display the same product names that your customers see.

Manual Orders via Our Website

If you place an order manually through our website, the product names on the packing slip will use our standard product naming.
