Do you also edit designs?

No, we do not edit submitted designs. Therefore, it is important that you upload the correct file when placing your order.
For example, we do not:

Remove backgrounds
Remove imperfections or spots
Remove unwanted elements from a design

Please make sure your file is exactly as you want it before uploading it.

Editing your own design

Would you like to remove a background, for example? You can use software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva to edit your design. AI tools can also be helpful for this.
Please note that AI can sometimes unintentionally alter or remove details from an image. We therefore recommend carefully checking the final result before using the file.

Not sure if your file is suitable?

No problem! Although we do not edit designs, we are happy to review your file before you place your order.
For example, we can check:

Whether the image quality is sufficient.
Whether the image still contains a background.
Whether the file is suitable for printing.

You can send your file to info@promio.nl before placing your order. We will be happy to review it and provide tips or advice where possible.
We accept the following file formats:

Please note: Always submit your file in the size you intend to print it. For example, if we approve an image for a 10 × 10 cm print and you later enlarge it to a larger size, the print quality may no longer be sufficient. Our assessment is always based on the size of the file as it is submitted to us for review.
