# Why do I pay shipping costs?


Shipping costs are charged for every order. These are separate from the amount your customer pays to you.
Even if your customer reimburses you for shipping, you still pay shipping costs to us.
These costs cover the packaging and delivery of the product to your end customer. 
Since we handle this process, these costs are always charged.
