**Product not in stock, what now?**

It may happen that a product you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock at the supplier.
When this occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a suitable alternative together. You will be informed by email so that there is always clear communication before any next steps are taken.

When searching for an alternative, we first check whether the same item is available in the same color but in a **larger or smaller size**.
This allows us to keep the product as close as possible to the original order.

If this is not a suitable solution, we will check whether the same item is available in the same size but in a **different color**.

If this also does not provide a suitable option, we will work with you to find a different product that best matches the original order.

Any changes to a product will **always be made in consultation with you** before a final decision is taken.
