# Adding a Custom Neck Label

**How can I add a custom neck label to an order?**
First, you need to create a brand in which you can set up your own branding and labels. See: *How do I create a brand?*
Once your brand is created, a tab called **“Labels”** will become available on the brand page. In this tab, you can upload your custom neck label.
The maximum size for a neck label is **8 cm wide × 8 cm high (300 DPI)**. It is important to use this maximum size when creating your design.

**Can I use a custom neck label on every clothing brand?**
It is possible to print a custom neck label on all clothing brands. However, it is not allowed to remove the original neck labels for all brands, as the origin of the garment must remain visible.

**__Jack & Jones__**
Jack & Jones garments are delivered **without a neck label by default**, making your printed neck label clearly visible.

**__Stanley/Stella__**
Stanley/Stella garments are delivered **without a neck label by default**, making your printed neck label clearly visible.

**__Build Your Brand__**
Build Your Brand garments are delivered **without a neck label by default**, making your printed neck label clearly visible.

**__AWDis__**
AWDis garments are delivered **with a neck label**, and these labels are not removed.

**__Gildan__**
Gildan garments are delivered **with a brand label and origin label**, and these are not removed.
You can add a printed neck label on the inside, but the original labels will still be visible.
It is also possible to place the printed neck label **on the outside of the neck**.


**Can I place the neck label on the outside?**
Yes, this is possible. To do so, include **“outside”** in the filename of the neck label you upload.
All other filenames will be printed on the inside of the neck by default.


**Can I use different neck labels for different garment colors?**
Yes, this is possible. As described in the first step, you can upload multiple neck label designs under the **“Labels”** tab.
On the product page and during product export, you can select which design you want to use for each product.

**Does adding a neck label affect production time?**
Adding a neck label is a separate production process in addition to single-sided or double-sided printing. 
This may add **1 to 2 extra working days** to the processing time.
Of course, we always aim to keep the production time as short as possible.
